The Community Books is a service we provide to allow individuals and groups to post interpretations, transcriptions, translations and teaching curricula for the various historical fencing treatises.
This service is freely available to anyone, with one proviso. The work MUST be made available using the Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-Share Alike 2.5 Australia License. Reference to this licence, including identification of the authors, should be part of each book, however the bottom of each page will contain a reference to this licence.
We want the information to be available for people to build an understanding of the material. Our hope is that this will enable the community to build upon the current knowledge to create a better understanding of the material. Furthermore, this approach is one we believe will allow for individuals to maintain an up to date interpretation of the treatises, and to more readily incorporate and foster our growing understanding.
